Matsunami catalog reports the manuscript 466 in Tokyo library as a bundle of medical works starting with Siddhi-nāgārjuna and is unclear if the three distinct parts make one text or three different ones. The first section contain 63 folios, has a regular hand writing and four diagrams, the second one is only 5 folios, the writing is much smaller and has no diagrams and the last section, 32 folios and appears that is entirely dedicated to diagrams and deities.
The script seems to be something between Devanāgarī and Nepalese. Pretty often appear vertical written mantras which I, with my limited experience, have encountered only in Nepal writings.
Bellow you can admire few geometric diagrams and some with deities. Click on the pictures to see them in the manuscript context.
Enjoy!

There are other witnesses for the how-to part of the codex dealing with yantras. This is still "in use" by Buddhists in Nepal (namely: clients bring a problem to some tantric person - they go away with a yantra). The latter section may be unique. Bring on the edition...
Thanks for visit, comment and trust!
I'll think about your edition, I don't know if I have the right competencies. Can you provide your witnesses?
Apologies for not replying sooner -- about the other witnesses, I don't have details to hand, but will let you know. One copy I'm thinking of in particular won't in any manuscript catalogues: it's in a private collection, where it gets consulted a lot, and came to be laminated as a result.
Take your time. I'm in no hurry with this text.
